At Yecid Benavides Art Gallery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece of art. We want you to love your new artwork as much as we do! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return your artwork within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and documentation.

  • Condition: Artwork must be returned undamaged. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Commissioned or customized artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the artwork in its current condition.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.

Refunds

  • Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
